Exriders badlands ride.

I have been doing some planning and we should hit badlands in attica indiana on the 25 to the 26 of march.if the dates can't fit ur needs ill change em.

I"m definitly hittin the badlands this year...I make it a point to get up there about every 2 years..

you gotta go..its a blast! They have like 3 ft clifs at the top of hills...they are great to jump off of.

Because the track is for dirtbikes only..they have signs plastered all over it sayin dirtbikes only..it's chitty track anyway...I can't wait ta go..woo hoooo

You can get on that track very easy though. We were on it once and didn't even realize it. I prefer the woods though...

Hey guys,

MX #132 and I have been trying to get a Exriders Badlands ride together for a while now... Check out the message board MX #132 set up for us, the address is located in my signature and right here. =) ---> http://pub88.ezboard.com/bindianaatvriders There are a few posts on there about setting up a group ride at the Badlands.

Any Saturday or Sunday this spring is best for me. How about the 22nd and 23rd of March? I believe the 25th and 26th of March are a Tuesday and Wednesday, so that might not work for most of us...

I'd be up for camping at the new campground right next to the Badlands. There's a link to the campground's website off of the badlands site.

Man this group ride is gonna be huge, plus I'll get to meet the infamous Rico!! :D

If the dates fall on a GNCC race Me, Jeff and Brad will not be there...last weekend of March 29th and 30th sound good ta me...no races

GNCC races are every other weekend so we only have 2 open weekends per month...;)

The 29th and 30th sound good to me and from the looks of it, these dates seem to be the best for everybody else. I'll probably be able to ride on the 29th, but Sunday the 30th might be out for me because of school work. At least it's my last semester, thank God!!

I'll probably be bringing 2 or 3 people along with me as well.

You guys are gonna get to see some sweet three-wheeled action!

Just don't take it in the park..we damn near got strip searched last time we were there...showed up there first before we went to the campground..they did a full body cavity search on all of us..found some beer in a cooler so we had to turn around and go the campground first and drop all our crap off..that's BS..but anywho..we there..:D

Hey rico when i go with friends we just go to the IGA and take all the beer out of the cooler and put it in our airboxes when we get in and park we put it back onto the cooler.Easy as that don't sweat.

I don't drink at the park while riding..but when I get back to camp I like to sit around a fire and kick back some cold ones...and I dont' mean a 6 pack either...;)

I'll be calling summer carrols campground tomorrow and making reservations..1 site will hold 2 trucks with trailers and several tents..anybody else want me to reserve another site next to it????

Rico we talked to the owner/builder of this new campground and he is a great guy. This campground will be very nice when it's done. It will have a pool, showers, arcade, washer and dryers, place to clean the fourwheelers, power, and 2 rows will even have phone/cable hookups as well as sewage dumps. I don't think the guy minded beer, he just didn't want a bunch of crazy drunk idiots out there making a lot of noise. Now the Badlands will take your beer, but the guys I ride with just put it in their motorhomes and they never look in there. lol

Yeah with all the races this year and with dad gettin sent over seas..I'm in charge of cutting about 5 more acres of grass at his house and at the cabin at the lake..and neither location is close to me..so my time will be limited..but I will for sure make it to the badlands this year..

No that's not me in the mud. It's my son jumping though. That friend learned just how deep the holes are in the woods. We told him not to attempt that hole. I knew from experience. I just wish I could have gotten the camera out faster, when he looked like a lawn dart. He attempted to skim across, hit a log, nose dove into the mud. And completely sumerged himself head first, then fell over, thats when I got this shot. That will learn the silly hillbilly. NOT, HE DID IT AGAIN 20 MINUTES LATER!!!! They just never learn.


Rico my friend, WHATSUP!!! We're going to have to get together and throw some dirt around this year. Even if it takes for me to take vacation and come to your neck of the woods. I've wanted to come down there and throw Spencer on your race track anyway. This might give me the reason to do so.

Well guys, it looks like I won't be making it next weekend...about 15 minutes into riding yesterday morning at the Badlands, I proceeded to hit a jump, fly over my handlebars and land on my shoulder, then get ran over by my 400ex! I thought I had broken my collarbone and so did the doctor in the emergency room, but luckily the x-rays showed that I didn't. As far as I know all I did was bruise my shoulder really bad...I won't be able to tell if I did any ligament damage until some of the pain goes away...

Oh well, my 400 didn't get messed up too bad and I was lucky I wasn't seriously hurt. :)

The people that own the Badlands were kind enough to give me and my brother free passes for the next time we come. :D
