Got my Deer Jerky and Slim Jims back.....

Got it back from the butcher shop today. mmmmmm mmmmmm mmmmm good. :blah :blah

Now the freezer is packed full, between the deer sausage and the 20 lbs of Slim Jims and 10 lbs of jerky.:)

yep dear jerkey is the best. have about 15lbs left and its goin fast. we usually runm out around february. then we go to an outdoorsmen show at rockland community college and buy some more to keep us gonig.

I will be getting back about 50 lbs of deer jerky next week. I shot a doe this year, good meat, she weighed in at 136lbs dressed. Anyway, that I would share...my story not my jerky!

Always remember...dont let your "meat" loaf! :)
