They should fit just fine for the rear wheels.

The bolt pattern is 4/110. That is what I refer to as the Honda bolt pattern.

Most Honda, Suzuki and Kawasaki sport quads run this spacing on the rear hubs.

The 3B+5N is the wheel offset.

I believe the rim meets the hub 3" inside the rim. So the outside of the rim has a 5" depth and the inside has a 3" depth.

I may be wrong but I think that is what it means.
