starter jet??

i am running a 165 main jet
45 pilot jet
2 turns out on the fuel screw
2 notch on needle
when my wheeler is at idle and you put it down it bogs then if you let off it pops if you do not let off throttle it will just kill... i have tried everything and i think it has to be the starter jet. is anyone else having this problem? if you give it a little gas just to get above idle then put it down it will rev up just fine but from idle it bogs and pops or dies... any help would be appreciated

try going to like 2.25-2.5 turns out on ur fuel screw lol hopefully you have one with the knob on the end mine sometimes does this and playin with the fuel screw cleans it up
