few quick questions..

hey guys just a few quick stupid questions..

what kinda oil do you run in your modded engines? mines ported with a high comp piston and hrc cam, just wanna make sure im running the best in the engine and trans.

what gearing do you guys run for motocross? right now mines at 13t front and 40t rear and it seems to rev out really quick on the longer tracks. what do you guys suggest?

I've always run Honda GN4 or the Honda fully synthetic in the engine and GN4 in the cluch/transmisson. and change your oil often. I run stock 04-05 gearing with 18" tires or 19" on loamy tracks. seems to work well for me

I run belray thumper 20w-50 semi synthetic on both sides. I was running the honda stuff until some one told me about the belray oil and was actually suprised, made it shift smoother and probably just better overal for the engine. I run a 14t in the front on mine and works well but id just buy a couple different sprockets and see what works for ya.

That's kinda what I was thinking with the gearing, I run 18's in the rear pretty much all the time so I'll probly just pick up a 14t for the front for now

and or oil that belray thumper stuff is way Seth from sf recommended but no place around me carries it Anybody know cheap places to get it online?

Its sorta expensive stuff. i buy it in the big jugs cause i change the oil every 2 rides. I just looked all over the internet for it. Ended up my dealer hooked me up with it for a lower price.
