Shock relocator bracket help(need dimensions)

This is my first post so go easy if its been covered. Can I get the complete dimensions on the 300ex shock relocator bracket? I am currently in Iraq and have spare time so I might as well build mine while I am here and save, thanks for any help.

The video above was very helpful but i need the width of the upper shock mount and i can start fabricating.
