What will interchange

I just bought a 06 Z400 what parts will interchange.shocks a-arms anything like that.Im going for a bad :devil: trail bike but i will be racing it at the local mx track also.Any help would be great :D

shocks and a arm wise all i really know is the honda 450r front shocks fit, im not sure it the year matters though if so i got lucky

ltr front shocks fit w a little work. I have a pair if you want em. Theyre a bit stiff for my likings but I dont do too much jumping.
