photoshop questions

i uploaded some photos to photoshop.com and i was wanting to play around with color schemes and i guess i'm to dumb to figure anything out on there. i can't figure out where to go to actually change individual things, i did figure out how to mess with tint, exposure, etc but its to the entire photo? not sure if you can do much with their free stuff or not..
any help would be great

i was just going to play with frame color and brackets , etc.. thought about whiting it out before, then to blacked out, and about every color possible.. but now just trying to figure out what direction i want to go in. thanks in advance!

had to re size the pic, hope its not to small now.. if a better pic would help let me know, thanks again..
