Most people know Dave and I have been working on some new stuff. Well after many e-mails and phone calls, here is some of the stuff that is/has been tested and is close enough to production ready that I can atleast show some pics. Testing will never be fully complete, as most of this stuff has been in the works for well over a year with several generations to get to what you see. Thank you to some of our test riders "Crash Test Dummies" Matt Carter, Chase Loomis, Brock Sizemore and Cole Shake. Dave rattled off afew others to me, but I have a hard enough time remembering my own name.

And Dave and I have a few more parts still in the test oven.

Brad and Dave, any idea how long before the engine lowering kit is ready and any idea of cost?

Hello Brad, I'm trying the figure out the floating rear brake idea.
From what I can tell, when you apply the rear brake the weight will transfer forward. My question then is, if it trafers it to the rear cross bar does it transfer a significant amount forward? Awesome looking stuff.

hey brad, cool pics. well to let everyone know. the honda a-arms survived a crash this weekend by matt. the honda project is done and we will be building them now. the tie rods for the honda are done as well. we are coming out with tie rods for the 10 mm tie rods for the trx 90 to. we are in testing on the suzuki tie rods hope to have them ready by alabama. the engine relocating kit and floating brake was tested by cole shake last week and worked perfectly! he swept all the classes at pell city this past weekend. i will keep people updated as we get things up and ready to sell. dave
p.s. the new swing arm and shock that cole is running will be ready to sell in two weeks. this set up uses a 14 and 1/2 long moto wiz shock. when used with the engine relocating kit it helps to keep the chain from cutting into the frame cross tube. if you want to see a video of the bike in action e-mail mark at hot quads and he can give you the link.

I would guess the engine is raised in the front. I wonder if it messes up the areas of where the pipe rides and its place where the pipe exits at the rear. Because by tilting the motor would affect where the pipe direction goes.

okay , just a little update on the 450 a-arms. matt had a really bad crash last weekend. bent new swing arm, bent axle, bent steem, bent bars and front left wheel. the wheel was driven into the ground breaking it off the bead. when we were checking it out all of the carbon fiber looked fine. when we started taking it apart. the upper left steel stub ball was sheared into. the upper and lower a-arm was fine, it just sheared off the stud ball. I have to say it really suprized me. the carbon tie rods were fine as well. now we are rebuilding two bikes, talk about work! i will keep you posted. dave
