Key fob button replacement?

Is there a way to replace the worn buttons on a GM key fob remote ? I find a lot of web sites that sell refurbished remotes but no replacement pads.
Any ideas?

Just find another fob like yours, take it apart kype the pad out of it and install it on yours.
