anyone know much about lanzar subs?

I got a chance to pick up a set of 2 12's in a ported box from a buddy cheap, wondering if you guys knew anything more about them, like your experience with them or anything?

I personally wouldn't buy them, but to each his own. Don't cheap out when it comes to subs, if you want good sound spend a little extra.
