250R wiring harness compatibility

does the 250R wiring harness say for an 88-89 , are they interchangeable and is the 89 harness compatible with with 86-87 r's as well
Ive done searches but could not get strait answers

Your PM box is full..so here is my reply about the frameand other parts.

I will do $200 shipped for the LSR front hubs and the front/rear calipers..there 250R.

The frame was built by Mark Laeger in 97 to use the 250x/350x engine. It can be switched to use the 250R engine..it wouldn't take much at all. I will do $800 shipped for the frame,subframe,swingarm and linkage.

I went through all this last year and I came to find out that 86-87 harness is different from the 88-89 where the stator plugs in. The plugs are different. The CDI/coil will interchange though with all harnesses.
