View Full Version : Lights for the KFX80 / LT80 ??

Has anyone added a brake light and head light to the lt kfx 80 ? will the bike power it or will it drain the battery?

there's a guy selling an LT 80 with the maier lighted hood on ebay, ask him :)

ATVracing (atvracing1.com) has a hood and light. Ricky Stator has a stator and light kit.
I see some go to the autozone and buy some lights (HID?). As they don't use much power.

Thanks guys. I did find the hood and light but was looking for something smaller and LED. The HID light is a good idea.

yup, the advance auto 12-led light works great and draws next to nothing. The oem stator won't keep up with any type of hi-output light. The L.E.D. isn't very bright, but then again the LT80 isn't very fast....in comparison with full-size bikes. I mostly put it on my bikes so I could see my kids behind be more easily. I think that's called a 'conspicuity' light.
