300ex problem

okay its every gear but im using 5th and 1st as examples. i thought it was the clutch but i dont know. its doing this, when im in fifth just barely on the throttle it sounds like im just tagged in 1st i dont know what the problem is???

sounds like the clutch is slipping bad.

thats what i was thinking but dad thinks its something electronic like. could it be electronics.
