400ex Rebuild

Well my 400ex got a revamp. I stoped riding and racing for 5 years because of work and life. So i started riding again and rebuilding my toy. Let me know what you think. i had the Frame powder coated along with arms and swinger. Also had shocks revalved and serviced. I also have some of my old parts on Ebay CHeck them out!!

lol i dont know yet its sitting on the floor in my house lol. havnt got my parts back from duncan racing. i should be picking the head piston and cylinder up this friday. its funny i can buy there pipe brand new off the net for 580 shipped and if i go to there shop in santee its 660 out the door. sales tax is crazy down here in san diego

Nice rebuild, though.

looks very good. how was the fittment of the fenders. when i had my 400ex the maiers i bought fit terribly.

they where pain in the *** to mount! i had to make my own mounting brackets. but i finished the rebuild thursday night and started breaking it in yesterday. so off to the track today with my 450r and 426ex to show off the goods! so heres some finished pics for you all. please tell me what you think!

I spent around $3800 in this rebuild and ended up buying a 04 TRX450R in the middle of all of this rebuild. so im done spending money for a few months i HOPE. but just wanted to say thanks to Lenny and Lauren Duncan for all there help with my motor and Mike from ATV Galaxy for all the cheap parts! Thanks for looking and PIN IT TO WIN IT! lol

nice bike and i got a quick ? do u have top rejet when u put a k@n filter on just a K@N it seems to be runing good

if you read your spark plug and its good (not white ). then no you dont have to rejet
