300 or 400? Which?

i am looking to buy and not sure btwn the 300 & 400 which one. which would you prefer and why? what are the differences btwn the two etc etc? all help and advice is so appreciated! thanks!

If this is your first quad go with the 300..but if you allready know how to ride quads pretty good get a 400 it has more power & is all around more fun.but remember if your new to riding the 400 might bite you in the ***!!!!

well i use to ride all day long but its been a few years since! and yea i was liking the 400 better but the 300 has reverse. but then i think how often would i use it anyways!? oh rookiex...5500 is way out of my price range! thanks for the info!

i got a mildly modded 300ex (about as fast as a stock 400) for $2750. it was plenty bike had a for me, it's smaller size meant that lot more control than some of the 400 guys. If you're like 6'5 get a 400 lol otherwise the 300 would be good for you. as for me, i got my eye on a firebird next:D

well the city i live in 4 wheelers are illegal. so when we ride it has to be in open fields or on someones property! but the fields wont have trees haha so i wouldnt call it "woods"! thx

i wish i learned how to ride on a 400ex,i think i would've been a little bit of a better rider than i am now..i learned on a 250x,practicly a 300, if u ride often it gets old fast...go with a 400.

yep N/A 3.8 bout 110 stock and with the dual exhaust and headers bout 125 hp sounds like ninja bike but it "resembles" a GNX got a buick 350 sittin in the garage i'm going to put in some day 270hp stock plan on building it around 400hp so it would toast a 87 GNX with 275 or 300 or whatever it has even though it has a 3.42 rearend and my regal has 3.08 rearend, my torque and top speed will be nice

deff dont buy a 300. you will regret it a week later. spend a few more bucks and head in the right direction... 400 :D

I Agree, I was bottoming my 300's shocks right when I got it! Suspension is everything and the 300ex has none of it, nor power. The 400's chassis is built stronger and even weights in at a pound or 2 lighter.
Take it kinda slow at first, to a beginnerish rider a 400 will feal like its ungodly fast.

i got a 300 for ya

unlikde a 300 this has 250r suspension the same as 400ex suspension so the shocks and chassis is up for a beating

the motor is a 300 but it is all built up professionaly for race

this motor will whoop the *** off a 400 so easily in straight lind and or exspecially on the track

i have over $10,000 into this quad

here is a pic email me for more i am not asking much and you will get exccellent suspsension and more power out of the motor then a 400 by far, and have one sweet *** looking quad, and dont forget the reverse this one has it. i am dead serious this is a fast bike faster then a modded 400
