New 1/8th mile time's!!!!!

I ran at countyline dragway again tonight and my "NEW" times for the 1/8th are.....

8.83 seconds at 73mph, my reaction time was .072 seconds and my 60ft was 1.92 seconds.

Damn good for a 400ex!!!!

14/39 gearing, no filter, no slip on, mid rpm's in 5th gear.....

I got a nos kit on its way, should be here by wednesday.....

JK, congrats. I just don't think NOS on a quad is something I would be willing to do so let them hang low.

I bought a inexpensive small kit nos kit, only cost me 50 bucks...

I just need to be able to max out 5th gear in the 1/8th with the gearing I have now, really I want to be close to 7.9 seconds while maintaining a good top speed.

I figure if it can do low 8s or high 7s at 75mph Ill be some tough competition at the drag strip, enough to upset some 450s, raptors and banshees that arent full drag quads anyway...

Depending on how good the nos kit works I may go back to 16/39 gearing, with that I was hitting 70mph maxed out in 4th gear @ 9.6 sec's, if the kit is good enough to make the power, I possibly could do even better then 75mph.
