I have a 2003 Raptor 660R engine for sale that has been totally gone threw. main bearings check for proper tolerance, rod checked for proper tolerance, new cam chain, new piston rings(piston and cylinder bother were in spec. and cylinder was lightly honed to have proper cross hatching), clutch plates basket inner hub and pressure plate all look like new, valves are like new and the valve seats were new way cut for proper valve seat to valve face margin, when re assembled all gaskets and seals were replaced with new ones, and any bearings that were even the slight bit questionable were replaced...just bolt in frame and go.
