lowering your 450

I want to run a few supermoto races this summer. What's the best way to lower your quad 3-4 inches? Id like to do it so that I can undo it in a couple of hours in case I want to go ride trails with my riding buddies.

buy a adjustable rear link so you can raise and lower the rear then over here on the east coast they sell lowering blocks for the front that use your normal shocks and its a bracket that drops the front end. will be the cheapest way to do it or if money isnt a problem buy another set of shocks and have them lowered
