CRF450 Water Pump Cover

Hey, I am looking for a waterpump cover to change the spout to point forward like the dream ones. If anyone has one for sale let me know.

Or the 06+ TRX waterpump covers also fit, Just shim the propeller out a few small washers.

Can you explain a little more where the washers go and why they are needed?

Well the propeller threads on to a threaded shaft, and the washers go behind there. They are needed because if you look at a trx cover the inside is a little deeper and you need to shim it out to make sure water flows correctly.

I just had a look at the crf and the trx covers. I see what you mean. The trx cover is about 3.5mm deeper than the crf cover. We have been using the trx cover but have been having problems with water pump leaks and overheating. This could well be the solution to our problems. Thanks for your help on this.
