So I have the Motoworks slip-on with the stock header but I just noticed that they now make a full system that I hadnt seen before. Does anyone have the full system or is it brand new? I emailed them to see if I could just buy a header but they said the pipe diameters are bigger on the full systems so it wont fit the slip-on. Do you think buying the full system would be worth it (about $500) compared to my stock header and slip-on? Thanks.

i wouldnt waste the money for the very minimal power you will get, if any

actually it would help alot if you plan on doing any kind of motor work, but if you dont plan on it and just gonna keep it fairly stock then i wouldnt really help all that much...but if you plan on motor work then yes it would be beneficiall to you

Pretty minimal gain for the horsepower in my opinion. I just ordered a slipon from Motoworks. I like having the stock headpipe with the guard.

I plan on getting some head work(already have a 440 hi-comp) done this coming winter so I might get it then to match the better flowing head.

then yes the headpipe would be somthing that would be a gain to you and your motor and it will esspeially help if you get some porting, the opened up ports would love a opend up head pipe compared to the stock pipe....i dont have porting and im really happy i went with a full pipe

If you are going to get a bigger header you might as well do yourself a favor and go with an entirely better exhaust system.

Sparks is best for big bores, period.
White Brothers is a close second,
Then comes Duncan Double barrel and DMC Alien.

If it isn't one of those 3, he might as well stick with the slip on according the the dyno.

What are you running with the mods in your signature? Exhaust wise.

No problem, I just picked up a Curtis Sparks a few days ago. I think I'll be happy with it.

As for engine mods, its just the 440 13:1, stage 3 hotcam, +1mm valves, Moderate p&p w/ 5 angle vavle job and FCR 40mm carb. (And HD headstuds w/ CRF cam chain)

Still haven't gotten everything back together.

I can't tell you yet, I still am waiting to get the frame painted and for some more parts to arrive. But I'll report back here when I get it going.
