Problems!

Im having serious problems with my 2006 trx 450er. i keep blowing the fuse and there is something wrong with it because it wont charge. any info you can give will be much appreciated. thank you.

Something is grounding out! If it isn't charging,start with the stator first!

Be sure to check over all your wires to make sure nothing has worn through the jacket, causing a short. On the left side, near the upper subframe mount, is a common place for the wire jackets to rub through.

is there a tether on it? if so check that.. have had them go bad and ground out

Worse comes to worse, unplug the fuse, check to see which terminal of the fuse hole has power. Take the other terminal (opposite of the one with power), touch one voltmeter lead to it, and the other to ground and it should read continuity if it has a short to ground. Wiggle the harness, and unplug components till your continuity goes away....thats the problem component or problem area.
