You MIGHT could get by with plus +2 at the GNCC's, but it's definately too wide for local XC.

No way you will get away with +2 arms... I run +.5's with 3/2 front wheels and there are places tight for me.

I had a plus 2 setup on my cdale and I loved it for everything but woods. i think if you ride mostly trails you will regret getting plus 2....my opinion.

Put it to yea like this. The guy with the plus +1 has the advantage over the guy with +2. Assuming your running a 4/1 offset. The guy with the +1 will be able to go thru trees quicker than the +2. All ATVA sanctioned races with XC/harescrambles are only required to give you 50" min. Now, say your running a +2 frontend that measures 48" width, that only gives you a inch on each side unless you pin it and make the front end raise and the suspension de-compress. Yea, you will survive, but the guy with the +1 will have already ate you for lunch. IMO;)

i kinda figured the +2 would be to wide in the front i have a +2 axle and everyone said it would be to wide to but i havent had any trouble yet...(not to say that i wont) but i think i will definatly go with the plus one now

If you do that, you have to run 04/05 spindles and hubs as well. It is a better setup than the 06+ front end.
