LOBO II Front end for an R questions

Does anyone know if you can use 250R front calipers with a LOBO II front end?? I was told that you can't.

Will a 400EX LOBO front end work on a narrow Laeger frame???

On the lobo front end for a R you need to use 400ex spindles. You can you R calipers if you buy the 200 dollor adapter that baldwin or walsh sells.

So you came across a deal on a used lobo front end i assume?

There has been a few on ebay lately, when i was looking for one, it took me months just to find a set. You should use the EX spindles, i think there stornger and lighter. And i dont think a 400ex f-end will bolt up, but you could move the aarms mounts around a tad and it would work. Good luck, LOBO rules!
