wow thats wierd are you getting spark i know you have to let the fuel pump pressurize you can here it when you turn on the key you let it pressurize then you can start it that took me awhile to figure out but not ever starting again thats kinda wierd is the check engine light on it will be on before you start it it stays on till the fuel pump pressurizes check you conections and fuses to there some on the left side and some under your seat o ya when i first got mine it would not run if i pin it it was a loose ground wire on the battery it would turn over and sometimes start but whould die check that you can try turning the key off and on three times to i think it like resest it try that and see thats all i can think off the top of my head

put new plugs in it, you popped the plugs, they have spark but not enough to burn the tons of gas the efi dumps in upon start up

also try checking your relays up front if they are still there, we had one go out and it would crank but not fire

ok so today i bought new plugs put them in. turned the key on for bout 30 seconds then tried to start still nothing... i have spark still... i pulled the side plug and it was still dry never got wet... when i turn the key on i dont here the sound of the fuel pump... however when i shut the key off it makes a gurle sound... so i am guessing bad fuel pump... let me know wat you think ,,, thanks guys.

That sound you hear after you turn your key off is normal they all do that. It is actually coming from under your seat I'm not one-hundred percent sure what it is but I know its right around the throttle body. I would suggest checking your relays. They are located in front of your handle bars above the rad.

My quad did the same thing, the fuel pump would not kick on at all so i just switched my relays by using the fan relay and that did the trick. There should be three relays up front but I can't remember which one is the fan. I do know that if you are sitting on the quad the left one is your fuel pump. The others are your fan and your ignition so if you pull one and the lights go out then the other must be for the fan. Switch it and see what happens!

Good luck and let us know if there is anything else.

Remove the fuel pump relay ( facing the front of the quad it the one on the right ) set it aside.
Remove the cooling fan relay the one on the left and plug it into the fuel pump relay socket.
Set ingnition switch and kill switch to ON listen for the fuel pump to run.
Try to start if this works you need a new relay

Good Luck
