He wasnts 200 for it, with the silencer. Chrome is in better than average shape, it has a dent in the silencer. comes with no springs or mounting hardware.

My curtis sparks mx was all mid range very little bottom end and ok on top. That was with stock port timings. It was not a low end pipe for sure. FMF will have more lowend response. Best lowend to midrange pipe is the trx6 that I have used.

I have no doubt that the pipe can perform well (on modified setups) it just did not perform as well as the trx6 did with stock jug and stock port timings.

i would like to get an esr pipe, (6 or 7) but they dont make the 6 anymore. and i dont really wanna spent the 420 or so for a pipe and silencer right now. My motor is a esr 310 (trx 7 low-mid porting, i know is cookie cutter) with V-force 2 reeds, 38 A/S. The Fmf pipe to me, has always been just a nice/cheap all around pipe. Even in 4 strokes, most racers dont run that exhuaust. I hope if i get the sparks mx, i will notice an imporvement. Sparks is one of the best engine builders, 2 or 4 storke. My dad, brothers and I have been using his products for ever, and have never been let down. Lets hope this pipe is what im hoping for:D

sparks mx is the best all around pipe IMO. low to mid is great but still has good top end pull.

$200 is a fair price if it's nice
