I picked up my first banshee its a 97 the throttle reponse is off it seems but around mid it hits very hard it has FMF gnarly exaust boost bottle tors eliminator kit power reeds and no air box just foam filters which I don't think is wise in CT where I live but I cleaned the filters and carbs I know the main jets are 310 but forgot to check the pilots and I played with the air screws what do u guys think a rough guess is in the pilot I should have or what the response issue is and I realize banshees power isn't down low I've ridden quite a few thanks

With those pipes it should have quite a bit low.

It can be a bunch of things. Low compression or jetting.

How do the plugs look? What does it do at low RPM? Like how does it act?

Well I tore the thing down to the frame to go through and paint I didn't do a compression test but I pulled the top end apart the piston lines that go around can't even be seen anymore and there's too much play side to side looks like enough to cause piston slap I'm gonna rebuild the top end.so the worn out top end is a very good possibility for the bottom end hesitation?
