pretty sure i tried everthing on why i dont have spark i had it at one time it burped and farted then nothing at all so i dont think its a broken wire the ignition coil sem to test ok. brand new cdi box tried a different rectafier off a different atv still nothing. tried the kill switch and all. Whats this about the flywheel key??? where can i get one how hard are they to change. the only ones i could find were for stock bore only not for a 440. somebodt please help me!!!!!!!

yes it could be the key ,your going to need to pull the flywheel to know it its been sheard , most likely your going to have a puller

cataway i have never seen a flywheel key sher on and bikes or atvs, do these things have that problem?? he can also check to see if pulse coil is within spec, but i don't have that spec. call your local dealer and they may give you the specs

pulse coil?? if u are talking about the ignition coil, i tested it already with a multi meter.

no the pulse coil is behind the fly wheel. you can test is with out removing anything. wires come out left side under flywheel cover. there will be one set of wires that are all white or brown and then there are a set of 4 wires green, blue, black and white.
specs
pulse coil or triger coil 350-670 ohm green to blue
soure coil .09-.5 ohm black to white
charge coil .1-1.5 brown to brown

check these

I have broken a key on mine also.You don't need anything but a stock key if that is the problem.The key does not care how big your motor is.
