I know this has probably been asked a million times, but it's hard for me to go through 37 pages of posts to find this specific answer...

Will 2008 450R shocks work on a 2007 TRX 400EX?

yes, there is very minimal that has to be done to make them fit

A little material removal with a grinder or similar tool on the shock and it will bolt up..
