How to title a quad?

I got a quad without a title (never had one). Its not stolen or nothing is there any way to get a title?

I see your in pa .you need to go to any pendot title service place.they can get a new one . you will need to make a traceing of the vin number. it thats made by a certifed inspection station.

heres what i had to do in ohio for a 1988 honda trx250r:
1. get a VIN inspection at your local deputy registrar agency
2. get a proof of ownership affidavit
3. get the bill of sale notarized. if you do not have one make one up. make it look like one of your friends sold the bike to you: i___am selling____to___for$______. make sure you put down both the frame and engine serial numbers.
4. get a title issued after all of the above is done
5. get a state sticker issued.

if you have an after market framed bike with no VIN numbers you will have to go to your local highway patrol and deal with them. it's helpful if you have a bill of sale from the previuos owner along with a stack of receipts for parts bought for it.
