250x tire set?

i recently bought a 91 honda 250x. the rear rim is bent, so i want to buy a new set of rear tires and rims. what size can i put on it. can i go 20/11/8 or a more popular size. i am not sure what all the numbers mean or if they fit my bike. any help will be great........

ok like 20x11x8......20 would be your tire heigth....11 would be the tire width...and 8 would be the rim size...stock rim size is 9inch..but if your gettin new rims...a 20x11x8 size tire would work....i suggest staying with 20x11x9 cause with an 8inch tire there is more sidewalls and more body roll...a 9 inch rim handles better....however an 8inch rim will have more cushion to it but i would stick with 9

thx trx, i appreciate the explanation. i was not sure if all rims used the same bolt pattern or what. can't wait to order them razr's now!
