Most all of them are FUJI engines, with a few small changes over the years but some are from Robin. Fuji and Robin are both"Fuji Heavy Industries of Japan". Subaru is listed as owning Robin, and Fuji Heavy industries owns Subaru, Yet their motors are out of the Fuji casting plant.
Robin is just a division of Fuji just like Ford and Mercury.

Is the engine still available and did they ever make a 400 cc 2 stroke with a kick starter?
I am doing some research...
Thanks God Bless,
Dustin

I don't believe they are produced anymore but still a lot of parts for them etc

they dont have a kick start, but anything is possible it would be way too much re engineering and work to make it feasible. Kinda like trying to reinvent the wheel.

it would be more work than you could ever want to do

did you just sign up over at gen3? I thought I recognized your screen name from new members over there

that 400 motor is also going to become the thing of the past, so those who have them better stock up on rebuild parts as they will over the next 5 years become hard to find!
