Anyone racing a 250 ex in mx?

Found a good deal on an 07 250 ex for my daughter and want to know if it was worth building into a racer.. Not real sure about the shaft drive though.. She is fast and raced up front in the 90 mod class last season. She just turned 13 and needs a new race quad before the season starts..

i could list all the reasons if you want but just take my advice, unless you have deep pockets, ditch the 250 for a 300ex or a raptor 250.

I run mine in mx here in MI u can run the utility class with a 250ex it does better than i thought it would. Still fun.
