running lean? wierd sound

i had a yoshimura slip on, uni filter, outer wears air box lid and largest stage one jet. it seemed to be running perfect. i got the pro circuit header and since the largest jet is for a full system i didnt change anything. now it seems like it runs fine but after 20- 30 mins of riding with it revving high it seems really hot and can evaporate snow in a few seconds is this okay or should i rejet?

if i havent started it in a while and try to start it i press the button and it makes a whining sound for a few seconds. just wondering if anyone has any idea what this is?

check you plug to see what it tells you. if its white and burnt your lean if its black and sooty your rich you want a nice golden brown.. is it whining after it starts running or just when you first hit the button?
