I have a very nice Elka System 3 Dampner. I bought this to put on my 400EX but I went to install it and the steering stem clamp was too big. I was going to have a sleeve made to make it fit, but I never did. I believe this stem clamp is for a stock 450R stem because it measures about 1.25". I am asking $300 Shipped
