picked up new 85 atc250r project?

looking for some websites to get info and read up on. going to take my time. its a roller without plastic and motor. wondering if the esr atc trx5 pipe is comparable to the quad 5 pipe? any suggestions and what not. need to beat a 65hp 450r! so went with 3 tires instead of 4

Here's my modded R 3wheeler with modern suspension. Invert's from a CR125, along with a 18.5" axis rear shock from a YFZ. I modded the frame Alot to accept the new parts. This bike will hang with some pretty built Quads in the rough stuff!!

Jason, nice three wheelers! Is that a YFZ swinger as well? Also the white CRF....that thing looks sweet. If you built that as well I would like to see some build pics.

In a drag race?? Good Luck....the more power you make with a trike, the slower they get out of the hole...If the 450R that makes 65 hp (which would need to be a 480+ cc motor) has a good rider, you will need a big motor to run him down

the trike is still at a friends, so no pics yet. i would think with a longer swinger and godd paddle and gearing setup, it would hang. rider sucks balls also. as long as he doesn't get a longer than +4 he has for 04.

if you want a motor to run down that 450r I suggest talking to Mr. Hall about building you a nasty motor.Jason is a freak when it comes to these 250r motor's.
