FMF with discs???

I just picked up my first quad, a cherry 2004 440EX with all sorts of goodies, hardly any hours on it.

Anyway it has the FMF PowerBomb head pipe on it with an oval shaped FMF silencer that has disks like the supertrapp silencers. I can't seem to find this silencer or info on it anywhere... is it any good? It just seems very restrictive to me. Anyone know anything about it?

its probably a fmf megamax universal muffler. they're not all that great of a pipe. you'd be better off buying a different slip-on

Actually after looking it says its a Powercore, but it must be pretty old because none of the powercores I see on FMF have disks for the end cap...

Pardon my ignorance, it is a megamax... I haven't been out to my shop in awhile for all the snow so I dug a path today and actually looked.
