what cam is better for mx,06+ hrc or 02 crf cam. I have a 07 er.

my opinion would be 02 CRF its an all around cam, dosnt stand out in any spot but has good gains everywhere......the 06 HRC is a good bottom end cam but thats about it....but its all on how you ride also you may like to lug were as i like to be in the revs.

I'm an aggressive rider and i like to stay in the mid to upper rpms as well.

If you like the use the upper RPM neither of those cams are for you.
Both have great mid but fade off on top (I had a 02 CRF in my bike for more then a year).
When going for a jump at high RPM it would be screaming but not giving any pull. Was great out of the corners though.
The HCs2 is more of a mid/upper based cam then those 2.

I don't think I'd go as far as a HCs3 or 05 HRC with a stock 06 head though.
