Is $3800 too much for a new still in crate 2007 400ex? Price includes setup.

Thats what I payed for mine, but now they went down to 3200 where I live

Thanks I was gonna offer him 3200 in hopes of ending up around 3500 so I dont think I can go wrong either way.
