I cleaned my K&N with the K&N recharge kit the other day. I have done this before with no problem but I must have been smokin something this day because I sprayed way to much oil on it. I let alot of it drain and wiped out the inside. My question is, will too much oil hurt anything? Thanks.

its proven on cars (im sure its the same on quads) that once you "clean" a K&N filter it flows worse than a paper filter. Id honestly ditch it and get a UNI. You will be much happier.

To answer your question, i dont think itll hurt anything but I never put a lot of oil on mine when i used to run them

Thanks for the input. Was pretty sure it wouldnt hurt anything but just wanted the piece of mind of others thoughts.
