white brothers E series. does it use a stock exhaust gasket?

i am here trying to put on my used 400ex white brothers E muffler onto a stock head pipe. i got a new round gasket and it seems the slip on muffler is the same size as the header pipe. is it supposed to be ran with no gasket? sorry for the dumb thread

if it fits on you could use it, i think there is supposed to be one on it anyway but i think it comes off with the stock slip on. i dont have one on t-4 but it doesnt seem to leak, if it does it is very minimal. steve

thanks again steve. yea the E series is the same size as the stock head pipe so there is no way to get the gasket on there. ill just clamp it down real good and see if it leaks. thanks again

I got an E-series and I never put no gasket on.

You should probably put some antiseize or something just in case you ever want to take it off.
