I woke up late for school this morning and decided to go fishing instead of going to school but once i got to the lake i realized i had forgot my auger so i dont have any pics of big fish to show you but im going back later on tonight with a friend so hopefully I'll have a big fish to show off then but i snapped pic of mine and my buddys ice house (the gray one)

I never got through the ice the ice to meusare but another guy not far away from us said there was about 19 inches...

That lake must have frozen up real nice before it started snowing! Its like a skating rink out there!

Thats lake Waconia, in Waconia MN about 40 minutes or so west of minneapolis and to answer derekhonda's question yes that is a car on the lake, the say about 14 inches makes it safe enough for cars and when there is snow they even plow roads for you out on the lake and it did freeze up really nice cuz we havent gotten much more than an inch of snow and with the temps going way below zero every night makes good ice but about 2 weeks ago we had a heat wave and it got really windy and opend some of the ice up and a bunch of houses fell through so there are a few spots to look out for but they have most of them marked
