ok so im gettin pretty stressed out to say the least... before i would go hop on my quad and i would go ride for a hour or so on my track. its now winter and i cant ride quads for 2 reasons the main one is my quad isnt together and other is we have a good foot and a half of snow on the ground. i have a sled but its not as fun as my quads... I also use to shoot rifle but i cant shoot like i use to, i had a nasty crash last year and i hurt my right shoulder and my back and i have a hard time shooting my 30-06 and 35 rem. and shotguns.. even the 35 that doesnt pack much for a recoil i can only shoot about 5 rounds a time. the od 6 im lucky if i can fire 4 in arow accurate... any one can pull the triger but if you cant get the bullet to get to where you want its pointless to shoot IMHO...

its anywhere from 20's one day to -10 the next, i need some help in finding somthing to do, i hate sitting in side and would really like to find something to do out side...

any ideas of what i could do... pretty much all my friends are in basketball and have pract. after school so i cant really hang out as much as we do in the summer...

i just really wanna ride...

Find a hobby ....something you either suck at (so you can improve and concentrate on it rather then not being outside riding) or do something you have always wanted to do.

If you can occupy yourself, depression tends to disappear. I used to get the winter blues, now I am so busy with things winter doesnt bother me much:p

Start bmx or skateboarding lol. The snow kinda limits you there too but you can still go to indoor parks, or even your garage..

i buy parts when i get stressed. it is a vicous cycle. i got a lot of parts this winter at school. Heck i even got a new sled let alone parts. lol. on a better note for you, take up ice skating or something like that. I may not be cold enough to have a rink so that may be tough, snow shoeing would be good for a bit of exercise, skiing, arts, crafts, PS3 passes the time nicely, otherwise just keep polishing. I have some stuff you can do if you get really bored. lol. steve

i use to buy and sell stuff but i got tired of all the BS on ebay, i was 100% honest about my stuff... i had a youkon trans out of a 250r i got and a guy tried to tell me the 2nd gear was junk... i took pics of all the gears and it was on the listing...

it also was alot of work for me... i normally got really really cheap 400ex's or 250rs that were really dirty and nobody wanted but still had good parts on them so i would spend ALOT of time cleaning stuff and i just got tired of it... i also hated listing it... then you always have stuff that never sells and you should just give it away or throw it cause no one ever buys it...

Go to the first pet shop. Buy the ugliest hamster and teach it to talk. Then upload some videos. That would keep you busy.

anything custom. im built some custom parts out of aluminum back when i had access to a tig welder. and ive also done polishing, and some small wood working projects like building a x stand for my quad.

get on craigslist and find some bmx bike parts lots. buy a few for cheap. custom build as many as possible out of the parts and sale them.
