trx 90 wont start

we put a new top end and everything in but it wont start it gets spark but not a lot cause i can put my finger on the plug and keep it there and it does not hurt.
when we tow it with the big bike it starts but does not stay running help is really needed thank you p.s. it bogs when giving it gas when getting it pullled

have you checked the compression
i have a 06 all stock engine if your interested with only about 10 rides on it also have a hetric race pipe for it
