get a pickle fork from autozone looks kinda like a tuning fork but its smaller on the forked end and drive it between the balljoint and spindle and it should pop right off.

Yea, he is not kidding.

But just take a big wreaking bar, stick it in there and hit it with a hammer. It will come off.

Grow some muscles, will ya.

Hitting the spindles with a hammer is a very bad idea ESPECIALLY since there aluminum.

No force is needed to take them out. (just some muscle on the nuts.

he can hit his spindels, on the 300ex the spindels are steel, unless im confused from what everyone else says. But im pretty sure they are, i used a pickle fork on mine and ruined all the ball joint boots.

i believe they are steel too..

pickle fork....
..i see how that could mess em up,

beerocks way....
...i flushed the nuts on each post, found a socket that fits in there perfect, and went at it, got tighter and tighter, then i couldn't turn it anymore, (i had to put a vicegrip on on so it wouldn't turn,)

anymore tips...i'm ganna go try some more later today.

On the pic that beerock posted hit where the red dots are 1 or 2 times with a hammer after you have taken the nuts off. The ball joints will then fall out. A mechanic showed this to me at the shop one day and I have been doing this for the past 5 or more years to take them apart.

man i tapped lightly, and said f-kit, and knocked the sh1t out of em'....and they fell out....i had to hit em' on the bolts'.
i screwed a nut on the end a little, then hit it as hard as i could.
then i couldn't get the nut loose becouse the post was spinning.
so i stuck a vicegrip between the boots, and the knuckle and got it off. did this on all 4 of them...on the very last one i put the vice in the wrong apot and greese came out,

does this mean i busted my boot? the rubber is NOT torn,
when the vice pressed real heard it squirted greese out...

i don't care really, i got my new ones on,

i need some tie-rods now....
