I have an 03 z400 that probably needs a new timing chain. Its rattling pretty loud in the top end. If i get a manual cam chain tensioner could I get some more life out of my chain? All the valves are in spec and i'm 95% sure the sound is the timing chain. Its gotten way worse but here is the link to my youtube video from about a month ago. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9HX-LXUM2BE. Also any other overall suggestions for the bike? thanks in advance

if ya can get your ACCT to a lathe and have 3/16-1/4 '' cut off from its base then your going to get some extra chain tensioning .

really you should get a new chain , i will recamend a D I D chain.

the MCCT is better but really you need a new chain first
