2000 400ex not starting after rebuild

i put my 400ex back together after its been apart for 5 months changing the crank and waiting on powdercoating and when i tried to crank it it ran for 5 seconds then cut off and now it will spin over but wolnt crank it has fire and everything. could it be that the carb sat for 5 months or what

the guy said it had a 185 dynojet in it but i dont know also there is a 25 stamped on the top of the piston does this mean its bored 25 over

if it will start when you spray gas or starting fluid in it, its a gummy carb.

we went through the carb and it isnt gummy or dirty and it will not start with starting fluid

if it wont hit on starting fluid then either you have no spark or its out of time
