16 tooth front sprocket

I just put on my 16 tooth front sprocket, I went to put the chain guard and case saver back on and it won't fit, what are my options?

I did the same thing....I got small spacers from a rc car and slightly longer bolts and it fits perfect.

Thanks, I was thinking about some type of spacer, but were you still able to use you case saver of just the cover?

just the cover... the chain hits the case saver.
