I have a 1987 250r frame with a notorized title. Its red, has factory paint still on it so it is not perfect but a nice used frame. There are no cracks or splits or welds anywhere on it. I have $350 in it and bought it as a spare for a possible build so I dont need to sell it but i am building my 88 right now. Shoot me an offer, I am also open to trades for other 88 parts let me know what you have.
