Yea, these were pretty rare. I'm not sure how many was made, but I don't believe it was a lot.

I have seen a few always seems to be 1 or 2 at the dunes everytime I go.

They use LT250r front end components.

Yeah, I actually looked into those kits about 15 years ago. I still have the original brochure mailing from them... they also made the Mongoose mini buggies too...

that's like 15 minutes from me, but it's way overpriced...he took a good three wheeler and made a crappy handling quad...

do you realize that these coversions are about 15 years old? at the time these conversions came out you were able to buy atc250r's, atc 350x's, tecate's......for under or around 800 and convert them into a quad. talk about a true hybid quad. granted not the best looking or handling quads but truelly innovative. basically leave it to the "think ouside the box" builders and riders. look at the new generation of quads.....still basically based on the 250r more or less.
